Precision machining of parts
mostly machining by NC machine, inspected strictly, assembled by rules.
Install pipeline
with best pipe fitting, pipeline would be horizontal and vertical, material pipeline inclined slightly by process flow to avoid residual. Welding by automatic welding machine under the protection of Ar when possible to keep the weld line flattening and trustiness, then check the weld line by endoscopic instrument.

BXBIO once provide ferment system and supporting system of L-Lactic acid for Jangxi Musashino Bio-Chemical Co., Ltd, including 4sets of 120m3 fermenters of first phase project, 12sets of 150m3 fermenters of second phase project, crystallizer, rectifying tower, concentrate, and all kinds of heat exchanger, is the second-largest production base of L-Lactic.
